Founded in December 2022, Unrivaled Plumbing & Heating is owned by Michael Pomeroy. Michael has been plumbing since early 2011 in both new construction and service plumbing with various companies in 3 states. With his experience, he guarantees you will get excellent service, promptly. Michael has worked as a licensed plumber in Montana, Idaho, and Colorado. He relocated to Montrose in early December 2022 and has made it his home, he looks forward to meeting and serving as many of you as possible.
Jonathan was born and raised in California. He relocated to Colorado 7 years ago with his wife Ashly and their 2 children. Jonathan is a big sports fan, mostly baseball. In his free time, he participates in the local men’s and coed softball teams and plays soccer. He loves to be out under the great blue sky of Colorado and enjoys all of the adventures that this area offers.
Jonathan has been with Unrivaled Plumbing and heating for over a year now and has learned and gained so much knowledge as a service plumber. He loves helping people and what he does and looks forward to growing and serving Montrose.
Meet our CSR, Ashly! Born and raised in California and relocated to Colorado back in 2016. Ashly and her husband Jonathan have a daughter and a son, who keep them on their toes. While family time is precious to her, Ashly also spends a lot of time in the office, driven by her passion for learning new things, helping people, and embracing new challenges. For someone like Ashly, solving plumbing and heating problems for customers offers a great challenge and a lot of fulfillment. She looks forward to helping you.
Nelson is a hardworking professional with extensive work experience across various fields. He finds joy in the simple pleasures of life, such as cooking up delicious meals and spending quality time with family and friends. Nelson’s dedication to his work is matched by his love for creating memorable moments with those he cares about.
Shad is a Colorado native who moved to Montrose in 2018. He brings 25 years of Heating and Air service and repair to work with Unrivaled Plumbing & Heating. Shad has a real green thumb. He and his wife enjoy Italian food, farming & fishing when he’s not hard at work. “Learning something new everyday and the crew here at work,” are his favorite parts of working at Unrivaled Plumbing & Heating.
Jackson & his wife are expecting their first child. They recently bought a home and are putting down roots in Montrose. He loves it when he’s able to leave a customer’s home feeling safe, comfortable, & well-informed about how their equipment works. When he’s not plumbing or repairing HVAC equipment, Jackson likes to eat at Don Gilbertos with his wife, race Weiner dogs, and play softball. He’s also a big Dodgers & horse racing fan.

Kirstie joined the team at Unrivaled Plumbing and Heating in 2025 and brings over nine years of customer service experience, along with a strong administrative background, to her role. A Colorado native born in Denver, she moved to the Western Slope during high school and has deep roots in the region. As a dedicated mom of two girls, Kirstie is known for her patience, compassion, and commitment to helping customers feel supported and valued. She’s passionate about serving her community and delivering a positive experience to every customer she works with.
Glenn loves the outdoors, he has been a plumber for 15 years from aspen to telluride and he loves a good challenge.
Rafael Rodriguez was born in Texas and later moved to Colorado to live with his dad. Over time, he grew to love the Montrose community and is proud to now call it home. He joined the company in late November and quickly became a reliable, hands-on member of the team. Rafael has experience in bathroom remodeling, plumbing repairs, drywall installation, and structural work. He takes pride in doing clean, solid work and believes in treating every home with the same respect he would his own.
As a husband and soon-to-be father of two, Rafael is motivated by family and building a strong future. That sense of responsibility shows in his work ethic every day — showing up ready to work, paying attention to detail, and making sure each job is done right.
